HRV-Guided Training Readiness
How VitalSync uses your HRV to recommend training or recovery days.
HRV-Guided Training Readiness
VitalSync's HRV-Guided Training model uses the Kibler methodology — the same approach used by Oura and Whoop — to flag when your autonomic nervous system needs a recovery day.
How It Works
Daily Readiness Score
The Daily Readiness Score on the Dashboard synthesises your sleep quality, HRV, and vitals into a single 0–100 score. A score below 60 suggests prioritising recovery.
Interpreting the Score
| Score | Recommendation |
| 80–100 | High readiness — train at full intensity |
| 60–79 | Moderate — normal training with awareness |
| 40–59 | Low — consider light activity or rest |
| < 40 | Very low — rest day recommended |
