Blood pressure is one of VitalSync's core metrics. You can log readings manually or sync them automatically from Apple Health.

Understanding Your Readings
| Category | Systolic | Diastolic |
| Normal | < 120 | < 80 |
| Elevated | 120–129 | < 80 |
| High Stage 1 | 130–139 | 80–89 |
| High Stage 2 | ≥ 140 | ≥ 90 |
| Crisis | > 180 | > 120 |
Trends & History
Tap the Blood Pressure card on the Dashboard to view:
- 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day trend charts
- Average, minimum, and maximum readings
- Pulse pressure calculation
Threshold Alerts
Go to Settings → Notifications to set custom alerts when your BP exceeds a threshold you define.
