How to log systolic/diastolic readings and understand your BP trends.

Logging Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is one of VitalSync's core metrics. You can log readings manually or sync them automatically from Apple Health.

Manual Entry

  • Tap LogVital Signs.
  • Enter Systolic (top number) and Diastolic (bottom number).
  • Optionally add a note (e.g., "after exercise").
  • Tap Save.

    Trends & History

    Tap the Blood Pressure card on the Dashboard to view:

    • 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day trend charts
    • Average, minimum, and maximum readings
    • Pulse pressure calculation

    Threshold Alerts

    Go to Settings → Notifications to set custom alerts when your BP exceeds a threshold you define.
